Collaborate on Government APP's? (Santa Monica to Malibu?)

I'm looking for anyone interested in collaborating on developing Government APP's and other APP's (preferably in the Santa Monica to Malibu, CA area). I have 11 on the Apple App Store now, 7 in review now, one in review is a US Government APP that connects you to all US Government Agencies and includes a guide to applying for and receiving Grants and other funding, as well as advice on starting a business and more.
